xHuman is operated by Twin3 AI. It publishes a Human ID: a public page and a machine-readable record stating which accounts a person controls and how AI agents may use and contact them. Using the service means accepting what is written here.

What the service claims, and what it does not

A Human ID records that control of an account has been established — that whoever holds the account placed a link back to their Human ID, or completed that platform's own login.

It does not establish that you are a person, and does not establish that you are unique. Those remain explicitly unproven on every record we publish, and nothing on this site should be read as asserting them.

Your account and your handle

The first valid owner claim wins an available handle. An unfinished draft does not reserve a handle against another valid claim. System routes are reserved; a higher score, celebrity status or VIP status does not grant a right to take another owner's handle.

Claiming a handle does not transfer trademark or name rights. To report impersonation or a naming dispute, email privacy@twin3.ai with the Human ID and independently verifiable evidence. Do not send passwords, login tokens or private identity documents. Reports require human review and separate verification of the reporter's authority. A report alone does not publish a disputed label, transfer a handle or prove wrongdoing. There is no automatic score-based takeover or transfer.

You are responsible for what you publish on your Human ID, and for holding the accounts you link. Do not link an account you do not control.

Terms you declare

Where you declare how AI systems may use your content, face, or voice, we publish that declaration so people and machines can read it. Publishing a term is not enforcing it: we state what you declared, and we do not represent that any third party is bound by it.

Permissions you have not granted are published as denied. Silence is not consent.

Ending it

You can delete everything at any time at https://xhuman.id/data-deletion. It removes the record, the card image, and the session data.

We may suspend a Human ID that impersonates someone, that is used to abuse the service, or that we are required to remove.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is. Account checks read public pages, which can be unavailable, rate-limited, or changed by the platform at any time; a check that cannot be completed is reported as unavailable rather than as a failure. We do not guarantee the service is uninterrupted or that any check succeeds.
